Ms. Danya Arif Siddiqi is a Director at Grassroots and an Assistant Professor at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. She is a development practitioner specializing in global health. Danya earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Pakistan and was awarded the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship to pursue her graduate degree in Development Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science. With over a decade of experience, Danya specializes in program implementation, digital health, impact evaluation, and research within the public health sector. Her expertise encompasses maternal and child health, vaccines, digital health solutions, big data and geospatial analysis for evidence-based decisions and behavioural interventions including economic incentives.

Danya has a proven track record of leading large-scale vaccine research and service delivery programs, addressing both supply- and demand-side challenges to improve vaccine access, coverage, and equity. She has provided technical assistance to governments and collaborated with prominent multilateral organizations, including the WHO, UNICEF, GAVI,, and Gates Foundation, contributing to evidence generation, policy formulation, and large-scale program implementation.
