Geeta Rani is a data scientist with years of experience applying data-driven solutions to improve outcomes in diverse development programs. She has worked extensively at the intersection of data, policy, and implementation, supporting government and development partners in using evidence to inform decisions, enhance service delivery, and strengthen systems.
Geeta analyzes large-scale administrative and program data to identify trends, monitor performance, and inform strategic planning. She has supported diverse study designs, from household surveys to RCTs, and applies data to improve learning, health, and service equity in underserved communities.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and STATA, she brings strong skills in statistical analysis and data visualization for decision-making and operational improvement. Geeta excels at translating complex data into actionable insights and works closely with cross-functional teams to inform policy, adapt strategies, and drive impact.
Geeta is pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at Iqra University, building on her technical foundations to further specialize in advanced analytics. She also holds an MBA from Ilma University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from QUEST University. This multidisciplinary training enables her to bridge technical, managerial, and policy perspectives, positioning her as a key contributor to data-informed development efforts across sectors.
