Jennifer S. Puccetti is a senior leader in global health administration and operational strategy, dedicated to building the systems, partnerships, and organizational capabilities required for mission-driven health programs to thrive. She specializes in translating strategic vision into operational reality, strengthening teams, optimizing processes, and guiding complex initiatives from concept through execution.
As Executive Director of the Harvard Medical School Department of Global Health and Social Medicine, She has a distinguished record of building new initiatives from the ground up, honed during her tenure as a school principal, where she led a school renovation, recruited the inaugural faculty, and designed academic programs under accelerated timelines.
At Grassroots, Jennifer advises on governance and operations strategy, helping ensure that research, program design, and evidence translation are supported by strong organizational systems and scalable, equitable implementation models.
Jennifer holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Rutgers University, completed through a joint international development program with the US Peace Corps, where she served in the Dominican Republic. She is a committed advocate for the operational excellence and cross-sector collaboration needed to advance global health equity.
