She integrates data analytics, behavioral science, and multi-sectoral partnerships to co-create and scale initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in health outcomes and foster sustainable change.
Mariam led a USD $30 million MCH portfolio in Pakistan, guiding a team of 180+ professionals and cultivating critical government and global donor relationships (WHO, Gavi, UNICEF, BMGF). Her track record includes being instrumental in overseeing the deployment of Pakistan’s first provincial Electronic Immunization Registry (EIR)—a foundational system managing over 147 million immunization records prior to its national scale-up. She also deployed flagship initiatives such as a large-scale conditional cash transfer program proven to increase immunization coverage among 2 million low-income families, empowering adolescent girls for enhanced civic and health outcomes, and many other social impact interventions.
Mariam actively shapes the global discourse through over 25 co-authored publications and contributions to technical forums on digital health, primary health care, and gender-transformative programming. She is committed to evidence-based solutions that bridge health gaps and empower communities.
