He has expertise in performance analysis, operational coordination, target-setting, reporting, health facility establishment, staff recruitment and training, procurement, and health program digitization.
Dr. Khamisani’s work focuses on strengthening healthcare systems, advocating for sexual and reproductive health rights, and promoting women and children's empowerment. He has worked collaboratively with government bodies, development partners, and local communities, building strong partnerships to improve healthcare access and outcomes.
